Summer is great for lots of things. Drinks in the garden, sunbathing by a pool, catching a tan, you name it.

But you know what its not great for? That God awful chafing rash that comes after just ten minutes of walking in the heat.

If youve no experience of chafing rash, count yourself lucky. Its super uncomfortable and makes walking anywhere in the summer an absolute mission.

But good news: Those of us who suffer with it may now be able to prevent it happening at all, thanks to Pretty Little Thing.

The fashion retailer has just answered our chafing prayers by releasing black chafing bands to wear under our summer dresses.

The chafing bands are made using mixed fibres and look super comfy.

Theyre meant to sit around your inner thighs to avoid that horrible rash.

But dont worry, PLT isnt the only company selling them – you can even find some on eBay for two quid. Bargain.
